Publications

Libor Klimek is an accomplished author of more than 250 professional and academic publications published in Slovakia and abroad, including in the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA. His publishing activities have an international reach, with his work receiving recognition in academic literature and legal practice.

His academic work has received more than 600 citations in Slovakia and internationally, including citations in indexed academic journals and publications issued by renowned publishers such as Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press. His publications have been cited by experts from numerous European countries, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland, as well as from Asia, including Japan, China, Iran, South Korea and Thailand, and the Americas, including the USA and Brazil. His work has repeatedly been cited and drawn upon in legal practice, including in documents of the European Parliament and in Opinions of an Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
